About Federal Operations and Services Limited
Federal Operations and Services Limited is a newly formed wholly owned subsidiary company of The Federal Bank Ltd, registered under Companies Act, 2013 on 26th October 2018. The company has obtained the necessary regulatory approval for commencing its operations. FedServ will be wholly devoted to the back end operational and technology oriented activities of the Bank. FedServ will provide its services only to the parent company Bank. Subsidiary will not provide its services to any other entity.
The company has started their operations from two locations – one in kakkanad, Kerala and other in vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
