Fresher – IT Analysis / IT Service Desk (Freshers (0 years experience / recent graduates).
Technical Service Support: Serving as the first point of contact for routine technical queries, hardware/software troubleshooting, and service request routing.
System Monitoring & Analysis: Assisting in monitoring system workflows, analyzing routine IT operational logs, and reporting service interruptions to escalation leads.
Documentation & Ticketing: Logging incoming user queries into the helpdesk system, maintaining accurate ticket updates, and tracking resolution timelines.
User Support: Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide step-by-step resolution guidance for technical issues.
