Responsibilities

Support the Team Leader in day-to-day operational management.
Act as acting TL in the leader’s absence.
Assist in workforce scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
Monitor scanning, sorting, and loading activities to avoid errors.
Help train new staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Report operational data and exceptions to the Team Leader.
Coordinate between delivery staff and customer support teams.
