Educational Qualification Required for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024

Remuneration:

₹29,000/- per month in the first year.
₹31,000/- per month in the second year.

Career Prospects:

The contract is initially for 1 year & may be extended annually, based on performance, e-certification completion, availability of vacancies, and other criteria set by the bank.
Upon successful completion of 2 years of service, candidates may be eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’, subject to a selection process conducted by the bank.
