ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

---

Essential Qualifications, Experience : 

• Post-Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned Subject recognized under IMCC Act, 1970.
• 5 Years Teaching Experience out of which 3 Years in Post-Graduate Teaching in the concerned Subject or 5 Years Research Experience in PB-3 (Rs. 15,600–39,100) with Grade Pay Rs. 6,600 with NPA. OR 10 Years of Combined Experience in Teaching as Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned Subject or 10 Years Research Experience in the Pay Scale of PB-3 (Rs. 15,600–39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600 and Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400, respectively, out of which at least 2 Years of Post-Graduate Teaching
• Experience/Research Experience in PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600.
• Minimum 3 Research Publications indexed in Index Medicus or National Journals.

Pay Scale : Pay Level 12. Rs. 78,800-2,09,200 (Pre-Revised Grade Pay Rs. 7600 in PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100)
Maximum Age : 50 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications (Relaxable upto 5 Years for Applicants belonging to SC, ST and Govt. Autonomous Body Employees and 3 Years for OBC in accordance with Orders issued by Central Government from time to time. Relaxable upto 5 Years in case of internal candidates.)

LECTURER

• Post-Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned Subject recognised under IMCC Act 1970.

Desirable : 1. Publication and Experience in Research. 2. Working Knowledge of Computers.

RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICER

Essential Qualification

• MD/MS(Ayurved) in the Subject of Kayachikitsa/Panchakarma/Shalya Tantra/Shalakya Tantra/Prasuti Tantra & Stri-Roga/Bala Roga from a recognized University and duly recognized by CCIM.

Pay Scale : Pay Level 10. Rs. 56,100-1,77,500.

Maximum Age : 40 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications.

CLINICAL REGISTRAR

Essential Qualification

• For the Post in Kayachikitsa : MD(Ayurved) in the Subject of Kayacnikitsa from a recognized University and duly recognized by CCIM.
• For the Post in Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga : MS(Ayurved) in the Subject of Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga from a recognized University and duly recognized by CCIM.

Pay Scale : Pay Level 10. Rs. 56,100-1,77,500

LIBRARIAN

Essential Qualification

• At least Second Class Master Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Degree/Diploma of minimum One Year duration in Library Science from a University.
  Preferable : Knowledge of Sanskrit, Hindi and English.
  Pay Scale : Pay Level 7. Rs. 44,900-1,42,400.
  Maximum Age : 35 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications.

MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST

Essential Qualification, Experience :

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science with 2 Years relevant Experience.

Pay Scale : Pay Level 6. Rs. 35,400-1,12,400.

• B.Com. Preferably with Degree/Diploma in Financial Management.

JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER(ENGLISH)

Essential Qualification
1. HSC from a recognised State Board of Education.
2. Ability to write 80 WPM in English Shorthand and 30 WPM in English Typewriting.
Pay Scale : Pay Level 4. Rs. 25,500-81,100.
Maximum Age : 28 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications.

LIBRARY ASSISTANT

Essential Qualification
1. SSC from a recognised State Board of Education.
2. Certificate in Library Science of 1 Year Duration.
Pay Scale : Pay Level 2. Rs. 19,900-63,200.
Maximum Age : 30 Years as on the Closing Date of Receipt of Applications.

General Instructions

---

1. The candidate must be a Citizen of India.
2. The Experience Certificate for the Posts of Associate Professor should clearly mention the Pay Scale, Grade Pay, etc.
3. The Caste/EWS Certificate should be in the manner and Form prescribed by the Government of India.
4. Self-Attested Photocopies of Proof of Date of Birth, Caste/EWS, Educational Qualification, Experience etc. must be enclosed with the Application failing which the Applicaton will be straightway rejected.
5. The details of all Research Publications (indexed in index medicus, international/national journals, peer-reviewed etc.), for the Teaching Posts Posts should be clearly mentioned in a separate sheet of paper with proof. Please also attach Copies of Certificates of Conferences/Seminars/Workshops/ CMEs/ ROTPs attended, Key Note/Lead Speeches deivered, Participation as Resource Person etc.

Application Fee

• The following Application Fee is to be paid for each Post by Demand Draft in favour of “Director,
  National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur”: Associate Professor: Rs. 5000 for General & OBC and
  Rs. 4000 for SC & ST; Lecturer, Resident Medical Officer, Clinical Registrar and Librarian: Rs. 3500
  for General & OBC and Rs. 3000 for EWS, SC & ST; Medical Laboratory Technologist, Physiotherapist, Accountant, Junior Stenographer(English) and Library Assistant: Rs. 2500 for General & OBC and Rs. 2000 for EWS, SC & ST Applicants. However, no Fee is payable by Physically Handicapped Applicants.
• The Fee is not refundable.
