Kerala Public Service Commission ( Kerala PSC ) has released a recruitment ( Kerala PSC Latest Notification 2019 ) notification for the post of Fireman (Trainee). Check the physical efficiency requirements:
Physical Efficiency Test
A Physical Efficiency test will be conducted by the commission to assess the physical efficiency of the candidates.
Candidates must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items in the physical efficiency test showing the minimum standards of efficiency as noted below.

| 7 | Pull Ups or chinning | 8 times |
| 8 | 1500 Meter Run | 5 minutes 44 Seconds |
