1. Front Office Department

Director of Front Office: Executive leadership overseeing front desk operations, guest service excellence, VIP protocol, room inventory allocation, and team management.
Telephone Operator: Handling external and internal telephone inquiries, PBX operations, guest wake-up calls, and message distribution.
Club Rotana Agent: Assisting executive lounge guests, handling personalized check-in/check-out services, and providing concierge support.
