Job Responsibilities & Core Functions

US Insurance Follow-Ups: Contacting US insurance providers and payers on behalf of US healthcare clients to verify claim status and clear outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).

Claims Resolution: Performing pre-call analysis, identifying claim denials or unpaid claims, and executing appropriate resubmission procedures.

Patient & Payor Verification: Reviewing insurance eligibility, coverage benefits, and payment reconciliation details within RCM software platforms.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of payer interactions and updating practice management software records systematically.
