1. Terminal Service (Customer Service) – Freshers can Apply

Role Focus: Managing passenger check-in counters, boarding gate operations, special assistance, arrivals, and ensuring an exceptional on-ground passenger experience.
2. Security – Freshers can Apply

Role Focus: Implementing aviation security protocols, conducting baggage screening, passenger reconciliation, aircraft access control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Ramp Operations – Freshers can Apply

Role Focus: Supervising aircraft marshalling, baggage loading/unloading operations, ramp safety compliance, pushback coordination, and on-time flight turnarounds.
Eligibility Criteria & Expectations

Education: Graduate in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university.

Work Shift: Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Grooming & Appearance: High standard of personal grooming; no visible tattoos in uniform.
